In my previous post about Rihanna's song "S&M" I shared that I was worried that her sheding light on this glorious and therapeutic BDSM underground might be a bad thing mixed with a good thing and bad again because it is only her interpretation of fetishes and S&M.
I just watched this informative documentary and I think it might help explain what is really going on in the fetish and BDSM community; why it is necessary and not just a type of art expression. If you are going to play you might want to watch a game first.

The video below is "A special short cut of the documentary Fetishes, made by infamous British documentary maker Nick Broomfield, about the people he encounters Pandora's Box - a house of domination in New York." It was made in the 90's and I think it is still mostly up to date with the ideas, definitions, and feelings happening in the BDSM world.
